No. At Persica Studio, we value diversity and individuality. Physical appearance is not a determining factor in our selection process.

No. We exclusively work with female models. Our facilities, training programs, and mentoring processes are tailored specifically for women. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate men, transgender individuals, or couples at this time. We encourage those who do not meet these criteria to seek studios that better align with their professional goals.

No. The application process is entirely free, and no costs are associated with creating a portfolio or promotional materials.

Our modeling opportunities are within the adult entertainment industry. As a model, you will broadcast live video content to an international audience. Your responsibilities include engaging with viewers through conversation, showcasing your appearance, and building connections across the platform.

• You will work independently from a private, fully equipped studio.
• There is no physical interaction with clients or viewers.
• You are in full control of your broadcasts and activities.
• You will never be required to perform any action you are uncomfortable with.
• Full technical and creative support is provided at all times.

We offer three flexible shift options:

• Morning: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Evening: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Additionally, models are entitled to two scheduled breaks per month.

Models are engaged under a one-year service agreement. There is no obligation to remain for the full term if you choose not to.

There is no fixed base salary. Models earn 50% of their biweekly gross revenue. Additionally, we cover social security contributions, including health insurance, pension, and other benefits. Our top models consistently achieve monthly earnings exceeding $6,000.

Yes. We implement strict cybersecurity measures to protect our models’ privacy. You have the option to restrict access from specific countries, including Romania. Please note that while we take extensive security precautions, we cannot be held responsible for content distributed illegally through unauthorized platforms.
